1. General Policy

  • Demat & Trading account opening through our platform is 100% free.

  • The first-year AMC (Account Maintenance Charges) is waived off.

  • Therefore, no refunds apply to account setup or brokerage services initiated via our authorized partners.


2. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for the following services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated:

  • Onboarding or documentation support

  • Group/community access for market insights

  • Insurance or Mutual Fund processing

  • Any paid consultation or digital setup assistance


3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will only be processed under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If the same payment is processed more than once.

  • Technical Error: If payment was deducted but the corresponding service was not delivered.

A refund request for eligible cases must be submitted within 3 working days of the transaction.


4. How to Request a Refund

  • Payment Transaction ID or Receipt

  • Reason for the refund request

5. No Refunds in the Following Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Service has already been initiated or completed

  • Refund request is made after 3 working days

  • User is dissatisfied with third-party platform performance (e.g., brokerage, app experience)


6. Third-Party Services

Account opening and trading services are fulfilled by Choice Broking, and app services are provided via Choice FinX. For any brokerage-related concerns, operational errors, or transaction disputes, please contact the respective platform directly.
